This is the NCASE M1 V5 , originally used for a watercooling rig, the bottom mesh vents were cut to provide better airflow with the radiators.
Some original packaging including the Harddrive mount and side fan mount and filters are included, as long as the original side mesh cover (the glass one was bought after market).
