Description
Selling: Intel i7-8700k which I delidded using a Rockit delid tool, applied Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut between the die and IHS, then relidded using a very thin layer of Permatex 82180 high-temp silicon adhesive. I ran this in a Maximus X Code at 5.1GHz (AVX -2) @ 5.1GHz 1.35v (LLC7) 24/7 (Prime95 tested as well). I used an NZXT Kraken x62 280mm cooler and my temps idled just over room temp and maxed in the 70s (celcius). IMC was not tested to the max, but I ran 3600MHz CL16 on a one of the 32GB dual channel kits listed below. Max vcore attempted to attain 5.2GHz was 1.375 (LLC7), well inside safe ranges. VCCIO and VCCSA were run at 1.15v, well below ASUS's absurd AUTO voltages of 1.3+
