Hereby I'm selling my Dell Latitude laptop that I've used for a couple years in college and at home. I bought it refurbished and never had any problems with it.
The standard model comes with 4GB of ram. I've upgraded this to 6GB DDR3 with space for more (it has two slots. 1x 4GB 1x 2GB).
The laptop works fine. It has some minor scratches on the top and one USB port is screwed up as you can see in the picture. I have no idea what happened to it. I bought it like that. Apart from those two little flaws the laptop has nothing else to complain about. The battery life is about 2/3 hours I think. I've never used the battery that much. I always took it out since I was using AC power anyway.
I've got nothing much else to say about this laptop really. I used it in IT classes. Ran 4 virtual machines on it with no problem. It's not a 2018 powermachine, but it does the job perfectly well for office, home or light gaming use.
The laptop has a hot-swappable sata tray on the right side of the laptop. It has an original Dell DVD drive. I replaced this with an aftermarket sata drive unit for a secondary hard drive in the laptop. Very useful + they're hot-swappable. I'm NOT selling the hard drive. I can include it for $20 extra. It's a 500GB 7200rpm Seagate ST500LM012 drive (says Samsung on the sticker, but Speccy says Seagate).
The laptop has a backlit keyboard. VERY useful for working in the dark. Wouldn't wanna live without it myself.

The reason I’m selling this is because I finished college and I don’t really have a need for it anymore. I was gonna keep it for whenever I was gonna use it, but I don’t find myself using a laptop in the future. If you’re looking for a cheap good laptop to do some work on it then this is a good laptop to do it. It does well in light gaming. Trust me.. some classes were that boring.
