| As you may have noticed, aliases on your account may have disappeared recently. This was due to a mishap with the database. I was able to recover about half of all the aliases so if you do not see any on your account anymore, you will have to add them again. I apologize for the inconvenience. |

| The server which HeatWare is hosted on will be physically moved to a new datacenter soon. The host is telling me that the plan is Wednesday Dec. 20th. I suspect that once the server is brought down, it will be back up within the day. |

I\'m sorry for the giant advertising on the top of the site... but we\'re investigating ways to defray the bandwidth costs for the site.
The banner will hopefully go away once I have a chance to optimize the site a bit. |

| The database logs filled the data partition and deadlocked the database server. I've cleaned them up, repaired the database, and restarted services. Sorry about the downtime! |

| Due to recent abuses to certain HeatWare accounts, I have implemented flood protection when posting evaluations. Effective immediately, you can only write 1 evaluation to a particular user per day. |
