Here goes...this guy ripped me off over a year and a half ago. YES....a year and a half. Fed me all kinds of BS....and still owes me $200. He ripped of a few of my friends as well. He continues to buy/sell stuff on all the forums. Changed his name to Nighthawk73 as well to avoid people, but got caught. He is a complete POS and scammer....STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND WHATEVER HE CALLS HIMSELF NOW.....OH.....AND STEVE....IF YOU HAVE NO NEGS ON OCN....WHY ARE YOU BANNED FOR SCAMMING....THERE WILL BE A FULL THREAD ON [H] DEDICATED TO YOU AND YOUR SCAMS.... Response from systemvipers: this guy seems to like to change his mind then try to make the other guy look bad, he used threats and lies to try to screw you.

I purchased a dewar on April 30th and was told to be given a shipping quote within 3 days. It didn't happen at which point I asked what happened. He told me his son was sick so I put up with it. After a few more days I asked again and he told me they had to go see a specialist and get some results so I once again I put up with it. I then paid him the next Tuesday for shipping hoping he would get it out. The next day I sent him a message asking if he had shipped it and he told me no because he had unexpected bills to pay and would have the money by Thursday. Yay that didn't happen and today,Friday May 10th, I was told he would not be able to ship it till next week and given another excuse as to why. It is now that his wife has health issues so he can't ship it at this time. I promptly asked for a refund of my money and told him I opened a dispute on paypal so they had record of it. I was given given two responses, "You only paid for shipping 3 days ago" and "OK i can wait with no paypal for 45 days."
I highly suggest you avoid this user.
Update:
After opening a dispute with paypal he finally decided to refund me. User left negative heat saying I backed out before our arranged shipping date. Which was never made. Response from systemvipers: he gave me till the 13 to ship but must have found a better deal, backed out and then demanded all his money. Took me 2 days to put together hhis cash and he was paid in full.
Doing so many deals sometimes you run into these troublemakers, look at his heat, 12-2 AND lok at the heat of the other negatives, its all from people with no history, i am 180 -2 -5 here and on ocy 58+ 0 negative, that is a lot of happy people. Stay away from this guy or you will end up with a negative or worse he'll jsut screw you.

As I was on my way drop card off at usps, so minus the shipping cost and paypal cost he pretty much got the card for 140. I decided not to sell because I ended up still needed the card for a few more days, I directed to buyer on a Fri that if I could ship on Monday I would do so because I still needed the card until then, Guy flipped out talking about I stole his money, that I wasn't going to give him his money back, I updated the buyer letting him know that I was mailing the card Monday, he then replied that I was stalling to take his money, I then replied letting him know I just bought 2 GTX 680 why would I steal 140. Rating: Negative Type: garyinhere bought item from systemvipers Description: I bought ASUS Crosshair IV Formula + Athlon X2 5200 AM3 CPU + Corsair 1600c9 2x2G Comments: Communication was horrible. I made the purchase on the 28th. He didn't reply to ANY attempt to contact him for 3 days. After that I would only get a response every 2nd or 3rd PM. When purchased I asked if it could be shipped quickly and he said yes. On the 7th day of NOT shipping he told me that he just finished Testing the equipment. ??? It should've been done before the sale! On the 8th day I asked him to overnight it and I would split the shipping and he told me no. But he did say that he would refund $10 for my patience. I contacted him about the refund with no response. The Mobo had a short in it and caused the HDD's to drop the heads on boot up. It wasn't mentioned at all that anything had a problem. I was able to fix the short and determined this is probably why it went for so "cheap". He will probably say that I got a great deal and blah blah but I only spend the money that I want so I ALWAYS get a good deal. This is the FIRST time I have had to leave negative heat and it is unfortunate but others need to know. Beware of SELLER!!!! To sum it up: NO communication, Shipping was after 8 days of PM'ing, Defective items were sold as working, and refund did not take place. Response from systemvipers: Item was slow, but was never defective. I only offered a 10 shipping rebate for slow shipping, all other stuff is much foo foo dust. Rating: Neutral Type: oidigo1 bought item from systemvipers Description: Gigabyte X58 UD4P MB Comments: I got this MB at a very reasonable price but to my dismay the whole process of receiving it was a disaster.
First of all it took about 2 weeks to get the MB because he said that his wife forgot to mail it, so it just sat in the car. Next when i received the MB it was a mess. The box was ripped and torn. Upon inspecting the MB it had a Grey goo everywhere, even in the CPU socket which was covered by a piece of cardboard and electrical tape. i couldn't believe this, and i tried to get as much of it out as possible, but some was left in the cpu socket when i mounted my processor. (It had the consistency of play dough, but was sticky like freshly chewed gum). The MB also had a clear viscous liquid in and around the PCI-E slots which looked like melted silicone or jelly. I also whipped this clean. And finallly the MB came without a back panel/ io plate.
All this being said the MB works flawlessly without a single crash running windows 7. Stable at 3.6GHz i7 720. Seller also offered to do a refund if i wanted to but i took my chances, as i scored it for a great price, and a month later the board is still running perfectly. Was going to leave a negative but ill just go with a neutral.
