Description: Abit MB, memory.

Comments: Worst trade ever!!!!!!!!!
MB was shipped in an envelope. Said MB would post but was having problems loading the OS. Would not even post for me.Sent wrong IO panel for MB. Ram was packaged in anti-static bag, but layed loosely on top of motherboard. Not sure how it survived the poor packaging, but it did work. Gave wrong tracking info which caused a concern and a heated debate in the forum. Was rude with replies about my concerns. Ended up having to trade IO panels with another trader at the forums... Asked for a partial refund since the ram worked and was refused. Was also going to ask for shipping expenses for sending the io panel to the right trader, but I was tired of all the bullshit. Wouldnt have done any good anyway.

Response from k0rn_h0li0: user knows what he bought. working ram and dead motherboard is what i sold to him and he knew it. why would you really want an i/o shield for a dead board when you already know it? i also explained how he can get the right i/o shield from another member of the forum to switch with the right one when sold another board to the user. i.e. sold another motherboard to other user wrong i/o also but willing to switch for the right one.

Description: I bought a Sunbeam Rheobus, SUPPOSEDLY!

Comments: I opened a "For Sale / Want to buy" thread in hardforums.

In my Want To Buy list I wrote that I am specifically looking for a Sunbeam Rheobus fan controller. Model can be seen here: http://www.sunbeamtech.com/PRODUCTS/Rheobus/Rheobus.htm

Seller approached to me by sending a private mail and wrote that he has one for my asking price. So, I paid him quickly and he shipped it next day.

It arrived in a COMPLETELY UNPROTECTED ENVELOPE.

Naturally, it was DAMAGED, but more importantly it was NOT THE CORRECT BRAND/MODEL.

Furthermore, I opened a complaint thread in hardforums: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1236669 BUT he simply insists that I got what I am asking for.

What I got is:
1) Damaged goods
2) Not the CORRECT BRAND or MODEL that we agreed on.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!

Response from k0rn_h0li0: person didn't look at the picture and got what he asked for. its an old version people have gotten it clear screen blue led's really old version of sunbeam rheobus fits in 5.25" bay uses wires in the back to function the speed control.

Description: Purchased 2 x 1 GB Sticks of memory.

Comments: Ram works fine, His trading skills however needs work.
I set a WTB thread and he PM'd me and said he had the memory. We agreed upon a price and I paid right away(3/6/09).
He said he got the money and would send it out that day (3/6/09)
After a couple weeks I ask where it is. Did not respond to PM, I had to post in the forums for him to respond. On 3/20/09 he says that he shipped it out earlier that week via media mail. WTF? you said you shipped it out earlier...
4/1/09 I get a USPS notice that he finally made a mailing label. WTF? Does not respond to any PM's and I finally file a paypal dispute. He did not respond to them until I finally asked them to decide and get my money back.

He ships it out and I finally get the memory on 4/24/09 and he shippied it regular mail.

He lies about shipping and does not respond to PM's. I have all this info in email's and PM's if anyone wants to verify.

If I had not gotten the memory, this would be a negative.

Comments: Hickeryprick needs to get control of his actions and do whats promised when promised,as well as read pm's and emails properly. An exceedingly high number of misinterpretations / wrong actions, where you later get blamed for the issue.

Overall this was one of the worst transactions on Forums that I have experienced, were it not for the fact that I finally got the item, it worked and I did not pay until I got the item (ship first), I would have rated the transaction negative.

Shipping took 3 weeks from payment including +10 days to sort things out when the wrong item was shipped.

Response from k0rn_h0li0: control of actions? shipping things to the wrong place is an action. got the crosshipping done. i would've rated him negative. didn't take 10 days less than a week to get things done. took the item hella days to get to him but upon it worked when received.
