Custom built computer, water cooled

For all intent purposes the computer was delivered as advertised. The only problems I encountered were possibly related to shipping & handling - such as the hard drive(s) had became dislodged, along with the power supply and non working USB ports in the front (fixed by hooking them up - Matt chose not to use them and did not mention this). The side door on the case is broken and this should have been pointed out by the seller, but for some reason he chose to not mention it. This system has been custom built and is water cooled and to date is functioning well. The usual items were in all of the usual places. One large complaint is Matt hacked the heck out of all of the MB cables and connectors and this has limited me to some of my options to add some of my \"old\"gear into it, but there are work a rounds. Last but not least, the video card (ATI xt1950xt) has a \"flicker\" to it. Every so often it will act as if it is taking a screen shot or something similar to a flicker of sorts. Once again something that should have been mentioned by the seller, IMHO.
