It works flawlessly with no errors. The exact model is: ST4000LM016. The is a 2.5" Laptop Drive but please be aware that if you are thinking about installing it in enclosures or PS3/4/Xbox it most likely won't fit as this has a depth of 15mm rather than the normal 9.5mm or SSD's 7mm. There are enclosures out there that will fit 15mm mobile 2.5" drives. If you need links to those, feel free to contact me and I'll provide you with links. The CDI is provided. The drive is formatted under NTFS and will ship this way
