This item is brand new and factory sealed. I just received it from Lenovo on Friday, January 4th. (It arrived with the orange Lenovo seal partially torn, but most of it isn't - see picture.) After two failed attempts at fixing my previous laptop which was under warranty, Lenovo offered me this replacement machine to compensate for the trouble and inconvenience, given that I would send my previous one - a T460 - back to them. (In fact, my case manager said it needed to be built from scratch, so it's *really* brand new. Corroborating that, the tracking info showed that it shipped from China, where it was built.) I accepted, but I realized that this new machine is way more powerful than what I need, with many bells and whistles that I likely would never even utilize - so I'm selling it and buying a cheaper laptop elsewhere. Everything is included, since it's still new and unopened. In addition, this laptop comes with a 3-year Onsite manufacturer warranty - a technician will come to your home to fix any issue, should one arise.
