Seller is a nice person, I was first contacted by seller nearly 2 months prior to the transaction in response to my WTB post. Unfortunately I was forced to postpone the transaction because a TV set went out requiring replacement first.
Seller communicated with me very well, and understood my dilemma with the TV replacement. I re-contacted the seller as soon as I could make the deal and we finalized it.
