Seller offered to refund half the cost of the card within 30 days if it went out because I had concerns about overheating and losing another GPU. I appreciated this but declined, this would be asking to much however his mention of this set me at ease. Comments: This seller is absolutely one of the kindest and nicest people you will ever meet. He allow time for research to be completed and did not pressure me to complete the purchase quickly. When I ask if the card could take a backplate (not on the card I initially purchased) he told me he had recently ordered one and was waiting on it. That backplate was included at no charge with the GPU.
Seller gae me an option to have the GPU shipped immediately or to wait until the backplate arrived. He was willing to send the backplate seperately but I had him wait to save shipping cost.
Seller also packaged the parts well, in original boxes that looked as if they came right off a dealer shelf. Communication was terrific and there is no doubt this seller cares about what he sells, how he represents it, communication, packaging, speedy shipping, and overall buyer satisfaction.
