This was purchased for a colocation client who had it as a standby GPU for his rigs in my DC cages. Was on a total of an hour or so during testing and as it's been ~60 days since it was purchased it cannot be returned.
WTFast 6mo offer is probably still good since it appears to be based on if the serial number has been used/registered before (which it has not in this case) but that's something you will need to read further into: [Asus Link]
