EDIT/UPDATE:
Even more wow's!! One of the items I purchased was DOA, I informed Nat and sent it back, and Nat was extremely quick to receive and test the item, and confirm a fault. I was reimbursed promptly and appropriately with absolutely NO hassle.
THIS is the sign of a great trader - Nat handled the return very professionally and with maximum efficiency; and I would definately STILL trade again with Nat!
