Upon getting the consoles back, realized that one of the modchips in the XBOX was defective screwing up the Xbox.
I immediately tried to get in touch with him.
Tried calling him - but he screens calls
Tried PMing him - but he does not answer back.
Tried leaving voicemails - but no replies.
I still havent heard back from him, its ALMOST over 3 months.
Supposedly, the consoles i brought him were his last few modchip jobs- which is a great thing because customer service like his doesn\'t deserve any more customers.

Secondly my terms for 6 years are clear that there isnt warranty on any work. Lastly if he bothered to read the guide before fiddling around with his system on his own he wouldn't have messed it up.

Rating: Negative Type: Avx bought item from IT-XP Description: Bought BNIB 2gig MP3 player, couldn't get to work, reported after 10 days. No recourse, wasted $100. Comments: Seller was a nice guy&tries to help/fix, but none-the-less, product still defective. Response from IT-XP: Unfair neg. The unit was tested prior to sale. The buyer informed me he had transfered music to the drive which means it was working also, and gave it to his sister as a gift. Then messages me claiming a problem that its not starting past the welcome screen, not 10 days later but about a month later. The symptoms he described are that of a dropped unit since it has an internal hard drive.
The buyer obviously dropped the player. The symptoms he told me were that of a dropped player. I have all the reports on the transactions/communication if anyone would like to read them.

I do not recommend anyone deal with him, because he obviously damaged it himself, or his sister did.
Lastly, This mp3 player is worth $250, and I sold several of them to date for $100 each. All tested, and all other parties that purchased it said it works fine for them. So to further prove my case. Also the parts he has right now are worth more than $100 alone, so not by any means did he get a bad deal.
